The Opportunity Leavitt Machinery is looking for a driven Service Administrator to join our team in Coquitlam or Langley, BC. As the Service Administrator, you will support the effective management of data for the Service department's ERP system. You will also be responsible for collaborating with various Service teams and internal stakeholders to ensure all service-related information is accurate and consistent. Essential Duties & Responsibilities As the Service Administrator for Leavitt Machinery, your key responsibilities will include: Entering and maintaining service-related data within the ERP system. Creating and managing service agreements with recurring billing. Managing service contracts submitted through the CRM system. Updating, modifying, and removing service schedules and customer contracts as required. Maintaining customer labour rates, service labour rates, and technician labour costs. Setting up pricing and plans for Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs. Maintaining and updating internal maintenance schedules according to business unit requirements. Administering the Service Aftermarket Commission program. Collaborating with Service, Sales, Parts, and Accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of service information. Providing administrative support to the Service department and assisting with additional duties such as setting up customer equipment daily. Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: Previous administrative experience in a service, equipment, or industrial environment is preferred. Experience in the material handling, heavy equipment, construction, or related industry is considered an asset. Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline is considered an asset. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience working with ERP software and CRM systems is considered an asset. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively independently while collaborating within a team environment.
