Le rôle du technicien(ne) en génie civil - Chantier Le technicien(ne) jouera un rôle clé sur le terrain en assurant la coordination et le suivi des activités de chantier, la conformité des installations et la résolution de problématiques techniques, en collaboration avec nos équipes internes et les intervenants externes. Responsabilités Planifier et coordonner les activités de chantier (équipements, matériaux, main-d’œuvre) Prioriser les interventions selon les projets et urgences Effectuer les suivis terrain et assurer la conformité aux exigences Vérifier les documents techniques (plans, suivis, dossiers) Identifier les non-conformités et proposer/appuyer les actions correctives Participer, assigner ou assister les équipes chantier pour l’installation et réparations des produits Lécuyer Produire et maintenir à jour la documentation (rapports, feuilles de temps, suivis SST/CSST) Profil recherché DEC en génie civil (Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec (MEQ) ou éqivalence MIFI obligatoire) et 5 ans d’expérience pertinente Bonne lecture/interprétation de plans et devis Rigueur, autonomie, esprit critique, sens des priorités Posséder des bonnes habilités manuelles en construction Avoir du leadership et une facilité à gérer une petite équipe d’employés Avoir un esprit d’analyse développé afin d’identifier les problèmes, les causes et d’être capable d’avancer des solutions efficaces Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Permis de conduire valide et ASP Construction Carte CCQ (un atout) Ce que nous offrons ✅ Entreprise familiale stable et bien établie ✅ Assurances collectives complètes ✅ REER collectif avec participation de l’employeur ✅ Salaire concurrentiel ✅ Formation ✅ Ambiance de travail respectueuse et collaborative Pour postuler Envoie ton CV à : rh@lecuyerbeton.com Ou via : www.lecuyerbeton.com

Requirements

Requires a civil engineering college diploma recognized by Quebec’s Ministry of Education or an equivalent recognized by MIFI, along with five years of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to interpret plans and specifications, have construction manual skills and leadership ability, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and hold a valid driver’s license and ASP Construction certification; a CCQ card is an asset.
