Job summary

At Leesta, recently acquired by Pursuit Aerospace, we manufacture precision aerospace components for some of the world's leading aircraft engine and aerospace manufacturers. The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the site's Quality function and overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and aerospace industry requirements. Reporting to senior leadership, this role leads a multidisciplinary Quality team, supports manufacturing operations, and champions a culture where product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront of everything we do. What You'll Do Lead and maintain the site's AS9100 Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and aerospace industry requirements. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a multidisciplinary team responsible for quality assurance, quality control, inspection, and quality systems. Oversee internal, customer, and certification audits, including Management Reviews. Drive nonconformance management, root cause investigations, and corrective actions to ensure effective issue resolution and prevent recurrence. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and support manufacturing performance. Oversee supplier quality, inspection activities, and process validation, including FAI and APQP/PPAP. Monitor quality performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate results to senior leadership. Serve as the primary quality representative with customers, certification bodies, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and quality ownership across the organization. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline. 7+ years of quality experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Leadership experience managing quality teams within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality systems. Experience leading internal and external audits. Experience with audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
