Plan and conduct purchasing activities for the Legislative Assembly, Party Caucuses, and constituency offices, including developing procurement documents, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts. Advise internal clients on procurement strategy, negotiate timely and cost-effective solutions, maintain purchasing records, and build vendor relationships while monitoring market trends.

Plan and oversee complex projects, advise stakeholders, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and advance architecture practices and technology across the Assembly.

Oversee the planning, design, conservation, and delivery of capital and non-recurring construction projects for the restoration and modernization of Ontario’s historic Legislative Building. Manage design reviews, budgets, consultants, contracts, construction quality and schedules, while advising on long-term capital planning and restoration standards.
