In recent years, we have delivered inspiring projects that reflect this vision, including:International headquarters of a manufacturing companyBoutique La Maison LavandeWhat you will accomplish with usLead complex, multi-phase projects from concept to construction.Manage schedule, budget, and resources.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants.Act as primary client contact.Ensure compliance with Quebec codes and standards.Oversee construction and resolve technical issues.Manage risks, contracts, and project performance.Support business development initiatives.QualificationsWhat you needBachelor’s degree in interior design completed.Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, including significant experience in project management (multi-phase, multidisciplinary) and all stages of a project (budget management, scheduling, issue assessment, risk management, etc.).Experience in managing budgets and timelines.Experience managing multiple stakeholders (clients, developers, etc.).Proficiency in Revit (a strong asset).Proven leadership and ability to mobilize teams toward project objectives.Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in managing assignments.Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, as you will be collaborating with Québec-based teams.Additional InformationLemay makes its employee development and well-being a priority. Lead complex, multi-phase interior design projects from concept through construction, managing budgets, schedules, and resources. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as the primary contact for clients while ensuring compliance with Quebec codes.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in interior design and at least 10 years of experience in project management across all project stages. Proficiency in Revit and bilingualism in English and French are essential for collaborating with Quebec-based teams.
