JOB POSTING Foundation Administrator Upper River Valley Hospital Foundation The Upper River Valley Hospital Foundation is seeking a dynamic and community-minded professional to help build and support the Foundation's governance, fundraising, financial administration, and communications activities. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in a growing charitable organization dedicated to enhancing healthcare for patients and families throughout the Upper River Valley region. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has the skills to both create systems and keep them running effectively. About the Role Collaborating closely with an experienced volunteer Board of Directors, you will help establish and maintain the administrative and operational systems that support the Foundation's success. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting Board governance activities • Managing bookkeeping and financial administration • Coordinating fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship • Managing social media, website content, and communications • Assisting with events, grants, and community engagement initiatives • Maintaining donor and organizational records What We're Looking For You have experience in several of the following areas: • Administration and Board support • Accounting or bookkeeping • Fundraising and donor relations • Marketing and communications • Event planning • Database management • Social media and digital content You are: • Highly organized and initiative-taking • Comfortable working independently • Skilled at building relationships in the community • Meticulous and trustworthy. • Enthusiastic about supporting healthcare in our region. Qualifications • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong computer and technology skills • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Valid driver's license • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
