Ensure models are accurate, robust, and tailored to the specific needs of each transaction. * Use excel-based formulaic review software to identify structural and formula risks in sell-side M&A transaction models. * Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies, including cash flow, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis. * Prepare detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate financial model findings, transaction insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders * Collaborate with clients to understand their transaction objectives, provide expert guidance on financial modeling. Continuously enhance modeling techniques and methodologies to improve accuracy and relevance. * Work closely with other team members, such as legal and tax, to ensure alignment and integration of financial models with broader transaction processes and strategies. * Conduct rigorous reviews and validations of financial models to ensure they meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
