Lerners is seeking a Law Clerk to support the Personal Injury Group. The ideal candidate will have over three (3) years of experience working in a similar position. This is a Hybrid position and requires a minimum of three (3) days per week in office. The deadline to apply is August 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Primary Responsibilities: * General management of personal injury files for both tort and accident benefit claims * Acting as liaison between team and client * Drafting correspondence, applications, and court documents; summarizing medical records and other records; creating medical chronologies; identifying issues; managing client productions and satisfying undertakings; and generally advancing personal injury claims * Preparing Assessable and Non-assessable disbursement lists and accounts * Trial and other hearing preparation * Maintaining an effective BF system * Electronic file management * Independently applying approved AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work, exercising judgment in determining appropriate use cases, and ensuring outputs meet professional standards before use or distribution * Other duties as required Qualifications: * Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education and experience * At least three years of experience as a litigation Law Clerk * Experience in Personal Injury or strongly preferred * A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills * A strong work ethic * The ability to work effectively on a team and individually * Excellent communication skills * Experience with technology and working in a hybrid environment * Experience working with Primafact, Document Management Systems and OneDrive is an asset How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit an application including an updated resume and cover letter to our career portal.
