Analyze results, develop control plans, coach teams, manage change, and communicate project progress and business impact to stakeholders.

Replace, repair, install, and test industrial electrical components and equipment, including switchgear, transformers, motors, generators, and control systems. Perform preventive maintenance, maintain records, troubleshoot equipment, and interpret drawings, schematics, and electrical code specifications.
