Your expertise, paired with outstanding customer service, will ensure our farmers? needs are met with expertise and a smile. *Key Responsibilities:* Install, troubleshoot, and maintain dairy equipment, including refrigeration or climate-control systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or plumbing-related issues in milking parlors, cooling tanks, and ventilation systems. Deliver exceptional customer service?build lasting relationships with farmers, understanding their needs and providing timely, courteous support. Provide preventive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime on farms. *Qualifications:* Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work. Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical systems. Willingness to work on-site at dairy farms.
