Oversee sanctions list management and screening systems, representing US Sanctions Compliance in Fircosoft Continuity initiatives and coordinating with Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams. Identify screening gaps, implement process and system enhancements, ensure compliance with applicable sanctions regulations, and prepare oversight metrics and reports for senior management.

Lead internal audits and independent testing across operational and compliance risks, assessing controls in market, credit, liquidity, IT, cybersecurity, and fraud domains. Manage and mentor audit staff, communicate findings to senior leaders, negotiate corrective action plans, and ensure testing aligns with evolving financial regulations.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for corporate services across Canadian and US markets, using spend analytics to guide category strategy. Manage the commercial contract lifecycle, negotiate complex agreements, address third-party risk and privacy compliance, and influence stakeholders across Finance, Human Resources, and Operations.
