PAM Deployment Specialist (BeyondTrust)

LeverageTek is actively seeking a PAM Deployment Specialist (BeyondTrust) for a 6-month contract opportunity with its Ottawa-based customer. Work Location Remote Key Tasks Support development of the long-term PAM operating model and technical support processes Identify operational dependencies and requirements for ongoing platform administration Perform hands-on configuration of Password Safe, PRA, EPM, and Entitle Configure policies, workflows, credential/password rotation, discovery, Smart Rules, RBAC, session settings, reporting, and related platform functionality Configure and troubleshoot integrations with AD, Entra ID/Azure AD, LDAP, SAML, MFA, SIEM, ITSM, and other required enterprise services Support onboarding of users, privileged accounts, service accounts, servers, endpoints, network devices, applications, and third-party vendors Support the phased rollout across Password Safe, PRA, EPM, and Entitle Develop technical documentation, runbooks, configuration standards, and operational procedures Provide hands-on knowledge transfer to client technical and operational resources throughout the implementation Participate in technical workshops with cross-functional teams Work with BeyondTrust to resolve issues and obtain product-specific guidance when required Key Qualifications Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying and configuring BeyondTrust Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access (PRA), and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) Experience integrating PAM solutions with Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, MFA, and enterprise authentication services Minimum 3 years of BeyondTrust-specific implementation experience in enterprise environments Qualifications Direct experience with BeyondTrust Entitle and Insights Experience deploying Resource Brokers, Gateways/Jump Clients, and agents Experience designing and running discovery scans, Smart Rules, custom platforms, RBAC, session management, and reporting for Password Safe Experience designing and deploying EPM agents, group policies, content groups, and custom tokens for Windows, macOS, and Linux Experience deploying AD Bridge Experience configuring and onboarding Windows, Linux, network devices, service accounts, privileged accounts, databases, and applications Experience with SIEM/Syslog integration and ITSM platforms Experience establishing privileged access management for enterprise infrastructure and network devices using BeyondTrust/ISE/TACACS+ Experience with break-glass, least privilege, vendor access, and privileged account management processes Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable About LeverageTek Staffing Solutions Founded in 2003, LeverageTek provides end-to-end, cross-functional staffing solutions throughout North America. The specialist will lead the deployment and configuration of BeyondTrust PAM solutions, including Password Safe, PRA, and EPM. They are responsible for developing the operating model, configuring policies, and providing knowledge transfer to client resources.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of enterprise experience implementing BeyondTrust solutions. Proficiency in integrating PAM with Active Directory, Entra ID, and various authentication services is required.
