LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Software Developer – Qlik Sense for a 4-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. Work Location The successful candidate will be required to work fully remotely. Occasional on-site presence may be required based on client direction. Key Tasks Design, develop, test, and deploy Qlik Sense dashboards, visualizations, and data models Integrate Qlik applications into Drupal-based web pages via mashups and Qlik APIs Develop data transformations, QVD files, and set analysis within Qlik Sense Build and maintain backend integrations with AWS S3 and Redshift Implement AODA (WCAG 2.0)-compliant and bilingual (English/French) Qlik applications Perform performance tuning on Qlik applications Manage Qlik Management Console including security rules, streams, extensions, and tasks Collaborate with UX designers to implement wireframes and design standards Analyze software deficiencies and implement changes within production systems Develop, modify, and execute test plans as part of QA and change management processes Provide day-to-day application maintenance and end-user support Implement custom visualizations using Sense API and third-party charting libraries (e.g., d3, chart.js) Key Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Qlik Sense development experience including dashboards, visualizations, data modeling, QVD creation, set analysis, and performance tuning in a cloud environment (AWS) Proven experience integrating Qlik Sense applications into web pages (Drupal) via mashups and Qlik APIs Demonstrated experience developing AODA (WCAG 2.0)-compliant and bilingual (English/French) Qlik applications Qualifications Experience with Qlik extensions including VizLib and custom visualizations using third-party libraries (d3, chart.js) Experience with Qlik Management Console — security rules, streams, extensions, tasks, and app management Hands-on experience with AWS S3, Redshift, and Oracle 12c as Qlik data sources Ability to translate business and technical requirements into Qlik architectural designs Experience working with UX designers and adhering to design standards and wireframes Familiarity with Informatica and Drupal as part of a broader cloud technology stack (asset) Experience in health data, public sector, or public reporting environments (asset) Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy. Requirements

Requires at least seven years of hands-on Qlik Sense development, including dashboards, visualizations, data modeling, QVDs, set analysis, and performance tuning in an AWS environment. Candidates should have experience with Drupal mashups and Qlik APIs, AODA/WCAG 2.0-compliant bilingual applications, Qlik Management Console, and AWS S3, Redshift, and Oracle 12c; VizLib, Informatica, and public-sector or health-data experience are assets.
