LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior IM/IT Project Manager for a 1.5 year term full-time position with its Ottawa based customer. Work Location Remote Key Tasks Manage IM/IT projects from initiation through to completion, including defining scope, goals and deliverables Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones and resource requirements Track and manage project risks, issues and change management activities Develop full-scale project plans, status reports, communication documents and budgets Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and support C-suite engagement Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members Evaluate trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk and stakeholder value Provide recommendations on project direction and the way forward Negotiate with the business for the engagement of required resources Support vendor management, IM/IT contract activities and Request for Proposal development Contribute to business analysis activities as required Key Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex IM/IT projects and programs from planning through to successful implementation, including those involving external vendors and multi-site rollouts Demonstrated ability to lead project governance, stakeholder management and C-suite engagement in a structured, government-adjacent or enterprise environment Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with a college diploma or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a related field Qualifications Experience in project resource planning, reporting, prioritization and budgeting Experience in project scope and change management, vendor management and IM/IT contracts Experience in risk management, issue management and project budget management Experience in business analysis and Request for Proposal development Experience in software development and delivery, databases, networking and software integration Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management at the C-suite level Experience with CA Clarity Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) system (asset) Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (asset) English or French essential; bilingual (English and French) an asset Reliability Security Clearance eligibility required Compensation $97,420.00 – $114,660.00 CAD Per Year This is an existing position vacancy. Requirements

Requires 10+ years of project management experience delivering complex IM/IT projects and programs, including vendor-supported and multi-site implementations, along with a PMP certification. A college diploma or degree in a relevant field is required, as are experience in governance, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, risk and change management, and eligibility for Reliability Security Clearance.
