Identify and mitigate human-performance risks, validate designs with operators, contribute to requirements and verification, and prepare controlled engineering deliverables while supporting reviews and workshops.

Senior Human Factors Engineer / Ergonomics Specialist

Plan and conduct human factors and ergonomics activities across the system lifecycle, including task and workload analyses, HMI and control-room assessments, and scenario-based validation.
