We are currently hiring a full-time Relationship Support Associate to support our London North. This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The Relationship Support Associate is a critical branch-based role designed to provide high-level administrative, transactional, and process support to both Personal and Business Relationship Managers. With a broad and deep understanding of Libro’s products, systems, and processes, this role enables Relationship Managers to focus on delivering strategic financial guidance by taking ownership of documentation, application support, and day-to-day member needs. As a trusted point of contact, the Relationship Support Specialist enhances the member experience through responsive service, operational excellence, and seamless coordination. The Role Prepare and manage documentation for personal and business banking accounts, unsecured credit and lending products, investment and other Credit Union products and services. Support the full application process for lending and deposit products, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation in compliance with policies and regulatory standards. Facilitate appointment booking and paperwork processing for Wealth/Investment services in coordination with Libro Specialists where appropriate. Track and follow up on member requests, ensuring resolution and continuity across multiple stages of the member journey. Act as a regular point of contact for members, addressing day-to-day inquiries and coordinating service needs in the absence of the Relationship Manager. Demonstrate deep understanding of Libro’s banking systems, product structures, and process flows to efficiently support complex member needs. Work closely with both Personal and Business Relationship Managers to coordinate workload, prioritize urgent needs, and align service delivery. What We’re Looking For Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, or related discipline preferred. Experience in financial services, preferably within a support or advisory role with exposure to both personal and business banking. Strong working knowledge of banking products, lending processes, and account management procedures. A passion for helping people grow their financial well-being.
