Job summary

The Logistics Agent – REMAN Operations is responsible for managing all parts movement across the REMAN production floor and supporting efficient material flow throughout the operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production continuity by maintaining sufficient inventory levels, coordinating parts returns, and supporting warehouse organization. The position contributes directly to meeting production milestones, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and organization within the REMAN department. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute all parts movement across the REMAN production floor to support daily operations Manage the receipt, handling, and processing of all incoming and outgoing parts, including return cores through the REMAN department Oversee the organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of the REMAN warehouse and storage areas Monitor parts availability and proactively coordinate replenishment to meet production milestones Track and follow up on parts orders to prevent delays in production schedules Collaborate closely with production, planning, and procurement teams to ensure material readiness Support the identification and resolution of inventory discrepancies and material shortages Ensure proper documentation and tracking of parts movement within ERP systems (e.g., Baan / SAP) Adhere to all health, safety, and material handling procedures Contribute to process improvements related to material handling, inventory control, and warehouse efficiency Support returns analysis and help identify recurring issues impacting quality or supply Use of a forklift required.
