About the role We’re looking for a Personal Trainer / Kinesiologist who enjoys getting to know clients and helping them make steady, lasting progress. You’ll be part of a knowledgeable, supportive team, with mentorship from our Head Coach and opportunities to learn alongside other trainers and health professionals. We hope to find someone who wants to grow with Life Studio and build long-term relationships with our clients and team. You will: Coach one-on-one and two-on-one sessions, and small group classes of up to six people Assess clients’ movement, physical function, and goals Design and coach individualized strength and movement programs Adapt sessions to clients’ abilities, injuries, and changing needs Track progress and help clients understand the purpose behind their training Communicate consistently and provide an attentive client experience Collaborate with trainers and health professionals when it supports a client’s care What we’re looking for: A degree in Kinesiology or a related field At least two years of relevant experience Current CPR and First Aid certification Strong coaching, communication, and time management skills A client-focused approach and an interest in building lasting relationships A collaborative mindset and willingness to keep learning If you care about good coaching, meaningful relationships, and helping people build strength for life, we’d love to hear from you. About Life Studio Life Studio is a boutique personal training and wellness studio in North Vancouver. We offer a calm, welcoming space where clients receive thoughtful, personalized care. Our approach is built around strength, consistency, and helping people stay active for the long run. Many of our clients are busy professionals and parents who want to feel stronger, move with more confidence, and have the energy for the things they enjoy outside the studio. Some are returning to exercise after an injury or managing ongoing pain. They value a coach who listens, adapts their program, and builds a relationship over time.
What you’ll do

Requirements
A degree in Kinesiology or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience are required. Candidates must have current CPR and First Aid certifications, strong coaching, communication, and time-management skills, a client-focused approach, and a willingness to collaborate and continue learning.
