Provide technical troubleshooting and product guidance for ventilation systems, respond to customer inquiries, and manage warranty claims, returns, inspections, and related communications. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and other teams to investigate product issues, improve support processes, and maintain customer satisfaction.
