They are responsible for following OEM procedures, conducting pre and post-scans, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in a collaborative environment. Candidates must possess a Journeyperson or Red Seal certification and have proven experience in automotive repair. Proficiency with hand and power tools, along with strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform physical tasks, is required.
