Drive your career. Accelerate your success. CSN City Center - SK has an opportunity for a well-rounded Parts Coordinator to join the team in Lloydminster, SK. The primary duties of this position involves providing top notch customer service to our clients, along with the shipping/receiving of automotive parts. Qualifications: * Candidates with automotive parts experience will be given priority but more than willing to train. * Previous customer service/administrative experience is an asset. * Strong computer skills and attention to detail are required for this role. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. * Valid Class 5 drivers license required. Responsibilities: * Greet and make customers feel welcome upon arrival. * Prepare and manage customer files, including preparing final invoicing and paperwork required for customer to pick up their vehicle. * Obtain customer signatures and deductible payments on final paperwork. * Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues. * Follow up with vendors on reorders, late parts, damaged parts and parts credits. * Negotiate credit amounts and taking photos for justification. * Follow up with shipping companies and communicate updates to appropriate internal team members. * Entering data into computer systems (i.e. Nexyis and Microsoft Office) * Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan. * Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed. * Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts. * Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts. * Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts. * Bring parts carts to stalls when needed. * Other duties as required by Location Manager. Requirements
Candidates should have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A valid Class 5 driver's license is required, and previous automotive parts or administrative experience is considered an asset.
