Overview/Responsibilities: * Utilize dealership and automotive repair knowledge to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates. * Collaborate with autobody technicians to ensure accurate assessment of repair needs. * Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair estimates, upselling additional services when necessary, and addressing customer inquiries. * Accurately completes estimates according to company standard operations procedures for estimates and parts. * Ensures customers leave with a clear understanding of their insurance and are aware of any required deductibles. * Handle cash transactions related to estimates and repairs with professionalism and accuracy. * Support sales efforts by effectively communicating repair estimates to customers and promoting additional services as needed.
