The Opportunity: As a Shipper & Receiver at Lifting Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and handling of materials, equipment, and products. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, supporting manufacturing and field teams, and ensuring the integrity of inventory processes. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety will be key to your success. Responsibilities: In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to: * Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery. * Load and unload shipments, inspect materials, and verify quantities against purchase orders. * Prepare products, parts, and equipment for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and scheduling pickups. * Organize, store, and track inventory in warehouse and staging areas, ensuring proper stock rotation and placement. * Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records in ERP systems. * Coordinate with internal teams and freight carriers to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries. * Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Your Qualifications and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1–2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience. * Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (valid forklift certification is an asset). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Microsoft NAV experience is an asset. * Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Strong safety mindset and commitment to following company safety procedures.
