Lighthouse Wellness Centre

Lighthouse Wellness Centre is a private, women-led wellness practice with locations in Brandon and Killarney, Manitoba, founded by Jenny Steele and Luanne Rae. One thing distinguishes our team: the range of clinical backgrounds working together under one roof. Our clinicians include Registered Psychiatric Nurses, Registered Social Workers, Canadian Certified Counsellors, and Registered Psychologists, all practicing collaboratively rather than in separate, siloed practices. That structure allows us to support a wide range of needs without requiring clients or referral partners to seek out multiple providers. Counselling is the core of our practice: individual, couples, and family therapy for clients from age 3 through adulthood. For children under 12, we offer therapeutic play, which often reaches what conversation alone cannot. When a diagnosis or clinical clarity is needed, our psychological associates conduct assessments for ADHD and executive functioning, cognitive functioning, and psychoeducational concerns, in addition to psychological counselling. For conflict resolution, our mediators work with families and workplaces to provide neutral, structured support. We also provide services outside traditional talk therapy, including brainspotting, alternative healing, trauma-informed yoga, and vagal toning, for clients whose needs are better served through these approaches. Lighthouse Wellness Centre is based in Manitoba, with strong ties to Brandon University and the surrounding community. We'll keep the light on.
