Job Title: General Labourer Job Summary Provides production support and performs manual labor along a production line. Provides quality, effective parts while meeting production targets. Responsible for cleaning work areas and equipment and performing other tasks as required. Responsibility * Load/Unload parts on/off the conveyor and machinery * Perform quality checks as required. Reject product outside of specifications. * Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). * Maintain a clean and safe work area and notify your Supervisor or Manager of any known hazards Academic/Educational Requirements * High School Diploma or GED is essential for basic skills in mathematics, reading, and writing. Required Skills/Experience * Work experience in a manufacturing environment an asset * Thorough understanding and application of safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety standards. * Ability to follow basic instructions and perform repetitive tasks * Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers. * Moves equipment weighing up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis.
