This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibility Lead and manage multiple programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives. Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and programs. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices. Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety standards. Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability within the project teams. Academic/Educational Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field. Required Skills/Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, PMI). Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred: Experience with ISO standards and compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
