Horaire : du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 16 h 30 Le poste est actuellement en télétravail, mais pourrait éventuellement évoluer vers un mode de travail hybride ou en présentiel. Exécuter des tâches de service à la clientèle telles que le traitement des commandes, le suivi de la disponibilité des produits et la gestion des demandes ou problèmes des clients de manière rapide et efficace. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS Émettre et vérifier les factures et comptes avec précision et dans les délais Vérifier l’exactitude des réceptions entrantes Développer et maintenir des relations clients de manière professionnelle Générer des rapports clients selon la demande (par ex. rapports hebdomadaires ou mensuels sur les retards ou factures) Coordonner la disponibilité des produits et le planning des quarts de travail avec l’équipe d’entrepôt Collaborer avec les opérations pour les demandes spéciales des clients; accélérer le traitement si nécessaire Servir de premier point de contact pour résoudre les problèmes des clients Maintenir et classer la documentation de manière organisée et complète Collaborer avec les équipes Inventaire et Opérations pour rechercher les écarts ou erreurs d’inventaire EXIGENCES MINIMALES (CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES, APTITUDES) Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (GED), selon l’établissement Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français (obligatoire) Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à prioriser la charge de travail Maîtrise des outils informatiques, y compris la suite Microsoft Office Capacité à soulever un minimum de 9 kg (20 lb); le poids peut varier selon l’établissement Why Lineage?
