Du lundi au vendredi : de 17 h à 23 h 30 Compiler et tenir à jour les dossiers des expéditions entrantes et sortantes. Planifier et coordonner les affectations des chauffeurs, notamment en procédant à leur enregistrement à leur arrivée, en leur assignant une porte de quai et en effectuant leur départ une fois le chargement terminé. PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS Agir comme premier point de contact pour les chauffeurs-livreurs. Peut être appelé à recevoir, compter et consigner les paiements en espèces reçus des transporteurs. Coordonner les activités avec les équipes de l’entrepôt et du transport afin de s’assurer que les documents d’expédition et de réception sont remplis avec exactitude et dans les délais requis. Vérifier et compter les produits afin de confirmer l’exactitude des données dans le système. Aviser les transporteurs et les membres clés de l’équipe des arrivées en attente, des absences aux rendez-vous et/ou des arrivées non planifiées. Communiquer avec les chauffeurs et reporter les rendez-vous au besoin. Saisir les données dans le planificateur du système de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS). EXIGENCES MINIMALES (CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES) Des compétences de base en mathématiques peuvent être requises dans certains établissements. Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite et capacité à interagir avec les clients internes et externes; l’anglais peut être requis. Bonne maîtrise de l’informatique, notamment de la suite Microsoft Office. Capacité à travailler à des températures pouvant descendre jusqu’à -20 °F/-25 °C dans les sites d’entreposage frigorifique ou atteindre jusqu’à 100 °F/37 °C dans les sites d’entreposage à température ambiante, tout en portant l’équipement de protection individuelle et les vêtements pour congélateur fournis par l’entreprise, selon les besoins de certains établissements. Peut être appelé à soulever un minimum de 20 lb/9 kg; le poids peut être supérieur selon l’établissement. Capacité à travailler selon un horaire et des quarts de travail flexibles, y compris les fins de semaine au besoin. Doit être à l’aise de travailler dans différents niveaux de bruit, qui peuvent parfois être élevés. Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais. Why Lineage?
