Job Description As a Stock Lead, you play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring our store operates smoothly every day. You are responsible for receiving, picking and packing merchandise for shipping , and preparing products for the sales floor through accurate labeling. You also maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are properly labeled and stored in line with current store standards. By working closely with the merchandising team and sales associates, you help create a seamless flow of product from the stockroom to the sales floor. In addition, you lead and support the stock team while overseeing daily stockroom operations, setting priorities, and ensuring efficiency, organization, and teamwork throughout the day. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized and energetic, enjoys physical work and wants to contribute to the success of a team. You are the person we're looking for if you: Are capable of performing physical work and safely lifting and handling merchandise; Have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills; Enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive work environment; Are punctual, reliable and responsible; Demonstrate a positive attitude and professionalism; Are able to follow health and safety guidelines as well as company procedures.
