Role Description We are looking for an English Teacher to deliver engaging online lessons focused on communication, fluency, and real-world language use for learners with diverse backgrounds and goals. Both part-time and full-time positions are available. Key responsibilities: Plan and conduct live online classes, combining structured lessons with conversational practice Provide constructive feedback on speaking, writing, and comprehension Adapt teaching methods based on each learner's progress, goals, and preferences Use LinkGo's platform tools and AI-driven insights to tailor instruction Collaborate with the LinkGo team to refine learning plans Maintain accurate records of learner performance and attendance This is a remote role (part-time or full-time) requiring consistent availability during scheduled teaching hours and a reliable internet connection. Qualifications Proven experience teaching English to learners at varying proficiency levels Strong lesson planning skills — able to design structured yet flexible lessons aligned with learning goals Excellent spoken and written communication, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and encourage participation Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical teaching experience Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA) is preferred Comfortable with online teaching platforms, digital tools, and AI-assisted learning resources Self-motivated and organized in a remote setting, with experience supporting learners from diverse cultures Experience with conversational or communicative teaching methods is an asset

What you’ll do

The English Teacher will plan and conduct live online classes, focusing on communication and fluency. They will provide feedback and adapt teaching methods based on each learner's progress and goals.

Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience teaching English and strong lesson planning skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a teaching certification are preferred.
