Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Health and Adult Social Services (HASS) at Cranbrook and Loxford, based in Redbridge. This dynamic, multi-disciplinary service delivers integrated community health and adult social care. You will manage approximately four cases per week, ranging from standard to complex OT needs. What will your responsibilities be? * Assess and recommend major adaptations and complex equipment, including sketches, specifications, and manual handling plans. * Undertake holistic, person-centred assessments, support planning, and reviews across a range of health conditions. * Work collaboratively within a multi-professional team, contributing to duty and triage. * Apply knowledge of Care Act and housing legislation to support safe, independent living. * Manage and progress complex cases autonomously, prioritising effectively and ensuring safe practice.
