Business Intelligence Data Analyst

The purpose of the role must be carried out with the vision to automate (wherever possible) information and performance reporting and analysis into modern tools and software. In order to be successful, this individual will collaborate with department managers to provide data and information interpretation and analysis in specific business areas, to support effective Revenue Cycle services and deliver material that prepares staff to be successful in performing their role. The goal is to prepare individuals to have full understanding and confidence using informatics to improve operational effectiveness. The successful individual must be engaging and dynamic, have a strong work-ethic, proven organisational and technical (written and oral) skills and a high degree of confidence that influence and inspires.

The role focuses on automating information and performance reporting using modern tools to improve operational effectiveness. The analyst will collaborate with department managers to provide data interpretation and analysis specifically for Revenue Cycle services.

The candidate must be a dynamic individual with a strong work ethic and proven organizational and technical skills. They should possess the confidence to influence others and the ability to translate informatics into actionable business insights.
