Qualifications Relevant professional training and licensure as a Physiotherapist (or eligibility for licensure in Ontario); bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field. Demonstrated experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation in clinical settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Solid understanding of evidence-based practice, pain management, and functional rehabilitation across a range of musculoskeletal conditions. Ability to work in a holistic, culturally sensitive environment that integrates Eastern and Western approaches to care. Proficient in maintaining accurate clinical records, managing time effectively, and using clinic management or EMR systems. Commitment to ongoing professional development, adherence to ethical standards, and readiness to work flexible hours as needed.
