Build reusable talent pipelines and recruiting systems, and deliver a clear, authentic candidate experience.

Own and improve the product team's operating cadence, roadmap, goal-setting and reporting, development playbook, launch readiness, customer insight systems, PM onboarding, and team tools. Partner with the head of product to identify organizational challenges and make the product organization more effective over time.

Assess and strengthen cloud and production infrastructure security, operationalize vulnerability scanning and remediation, and harden identity, secrets, and network boundaries.
