*Job Summary* Living Grace Home Care & Wellness Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide overnight in-home care for a stable but medically complex pediatric client. This role involves overnight clinical monitoring and hands-on nursing care for a child with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube in a private family home setting. The position is currently casual/backup coverage with the possibility of transitioning into a regular part-time role. The family is looking for a nurse who is compassionate, dependable, takes initiative, and is able to build a positive working relationship within the home while providing strong clinical care. *Shift Details* *Overnight shifts:* 11:30 PM ? 7:30 AM Current dates requiring coverage: * *June 6* * *June 9* * *July 11 & 12* * *August 7, 8 & 22* Additional shifts would become available over time. Possibility of occasional day time hours becoming available over time. *Responsibilities* * Provide overnight nursing care and clinical monitoring * Perform tracheostomy and ventilator care * Suctioning as required * Administer medications as prescribed * Manage G-tube feeds and medications * Oxygen management and monitoring * Monitor and document vital signs and overall status * Maintain accurate nursing documentation * Light tidying/organization of the child?s care space * Communicate effectively with family and care team * Provide safe, compassionate, family-centered care *Skills* * Current RN or RPN license in good standing with the CNO * Current CPR certification * Valid Vulnerable Sector Check * Strong clinical assessment and communication skills * Ability to work independently overnight * Compassionate, calm, and dependable approach to pediatric care *Qualifications* * Pediatric home care experience * Tracheostomy and ventilator experience * Experience with G-tube care and enteral feeding * Experience caring for medically complex children * Familiarity with oxygen management and overnight monitoring *Work Environment* * Private family home setting * Supportive and welcoming family environment * Casual/backup role with opportunity for ongoing part-time hours * One-on-one pediatric care Pay: $38.00-$42.50 per hour Application question(s): * Are you currently registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RN or RPN)? * Please describe any experience you have with: Tracheostomy care Ventilator care G-tube feeds/medications Suctioning * Are you available for any of the currently needed overnight dates listed in the posting? * Are you looking for casual/backup work only, or would you be open to ongoing part-time overnight shifts if they become available?
