We're looking for a motivated Grounds Maintenance Crew Lead to supervise a grounds maintenance team, ensure quality work, maintain safety standards, and keep daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Lead and support a grounds maintenance crew Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, and site clean-up Ensure routes are completed on time and to company standards Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Complete safety paperwork and promote safe work practices Manage timecards, crew communication, and client feedback Coach team members and lead by example You'll Work Alongside Your Crew To Complete Mowing (push mowers, ride-ons, and zero-turns) Trimming and edging Debris blowing and site cleanup Weeding and garden bed maintenance Shrub pruning and minor landscape upkeep Mulching and seasonal property maintenance General litter control and property appearance What We're Looking For Around 2 years of grounds maintenance experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance practices Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's Licence Why Join Us?
