We're currently looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to help lead our landscaping crews and deliver high-quality landscape construction projects throughout the season. What You'll Do Assist the Landscape Foreman in leading and supporting crew members Install sod, plants, trees, patios, retaining walls, and decks Operate landscaping equipment, power tools, compactors, and saws Assign daily tasks and help keep projects on schedule Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safe work practices Monitor work quality and ensure company standards are met Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite Communicate effectively with the Foreman and project team Assist with project documentation and record keeping What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of landscaping or construction experience Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record Experience operating landscaping equipment and power tools Experience hauling a trailer Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform physical labour Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Assets Class 3 Licence with Air Brake Endorsement Previous supervisory or crew lead experience Landscaping crew experience Basic horticultural knowledge Why Work With Livingstone?
