LIVunLtd currently has an opening for a Program Coordinator (Mat Leave Coverage) in Downtown Vancouver. We are searching for a dynamic leader to be part of our professional fitness & wellness team, who has the talent and desire to offer exemplary care and customer service to our corporate members, guests and staff. The term of the 1-year contract will be from November 2026 to October 2027. Job Description: This is a salaried full-time (37.5 hour/week) career position with a health benefits plan. Exercise Floor Supervision: assist with supervising the strength, cardio and stretching areas to ensure that members are exercising safely and effectively. Customer Service: greet and engage with members, process new member applications, conduct orientations and fitness consultations/assessments. Facility: assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, administration. Wellness: assist with Lunch and Learns, fitness challenges, special events, etc. Group Exercise Classes: conduct 1-2 group exercise classes per week Personal Training: Manage personal training program. Conduct personal training sessions outside of scheduled work hours. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology or other exercise science degree. Current Personal Training Certification (CSEP-CEP, CSEP-CPT or similar). Nationally recognized group exercise certification and class skills an asset. Current Standard First Aid and CPR A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service. Enthusiastic and professional manner, suitable to a corporate fitness environment. Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or another exercise science field, a current personal training certification, and current Standard First Aid and CPR. A nationally recognized group exercise certification and class skills are an asset, along with a proven record of exceptional customer service and a professional, enthusiastic manner.
