Lloydminster Nut & Bolt is a one-stop shop for fastener and industrial supply needs. We are currently hiring for a *part-time Warehouse Associate. * Our store hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, and the successful candidate will work approximately 25 hours per week. *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *included but are not limited to: * Pick orders accurately and in a time frame established by Distribution Manager * Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking; ensuring accuracy in each stage of the order process * Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment * Operate forklifts, hand trucks or other materials-handling equipment proficiently and safely (training available) * Help assemble orders and wrap skids as required * Unpack and store goods in the correct areas ensuring goods are labeled correctly * Assist in Shipping, Receiving, Quality Control and Modification area when needed * Other duties as assigned by Distribution Manager *WORKING CONDITIONS* * Warehouse environment * Weekdays (8am to 5pm) * Moderate computer use, prolonged hours standing * Able to consistently lift 40-50 lbs *QUALIFICATIONS* * High school diploma; previous warehouse experience is an asset * Forklift experience is not a requirement * Excellent time management, problem solving, multitasking and communication skills * Able to work under pressure, with tight timelines, in repetitive tasks * Accuracy and attention to detail * Team player with a helpful, ?can do? attitude _Thank you for your interest in working with us.
