The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and optimizing daily inbound and outbound shipping flows while ensuring inventory integrity and operational efficiency. They also lead, train, and engage a team of senior supervisors while managing labour relations and ensuring compliance with safety and budget targets. Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of experience in a distribution or supply chain environment and hold a post-secondary degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and strong leadership skills in a unionized environment are essential.
