Store Team Members are responsible for providing a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring shelves are stocked with available products that meet customer needs. This includes delivering great customer service through conversation and product knowledge while maintaining department areas according to health and safety standards. The role requires hard-working, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer questions courteously. Candidates must be flexible to work various hours including days, evenings, and weekends, and be able to move up to 50lbs with constant mobility throughout the shift.
