This role will focus on product merchandising, store setups, fixture builds, shelf adjustments, and general store support to ensure optimal product displays and store functionality. As a Merchandising Associate, you'll work primarily overnight in teams to complete a variety of tasks in retail locations. The position involves substantial travel and flexibility with work schedules. Key Responsibilitie s:Merchandising & Store Suppor t:Restock products and set up displays according to planogram s.Build and reset fixtures, shelves, and store layout s.Handle minor store repairs and maintenanc e.Support store renovation and remodeling project s.Trave l:Travel extensively within provinces. (Travel expenses covered ).Physical Labo r:Lift up to 50 lbs, unload stock, and move store fixture s.Stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shif t.Night Shift s:Shifts start around 9 PM and end by early morning (9 AM, flexibility required ).Work 10 days in a row, followed by 4 days of f. Skills & Qualificatio ns:Previous retail, merchandising, or construction experience is preferred but not requir ed.Forklift experience is a plus (training provided after 6 month s).You should be physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods, with high energy and endurance to keep pace with demanding tas ks.The role requires adaptability, including the ability to work flexible overnight shifts and travel frequently for work assignmen ts.Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to follow detailed instructions like planogra ms.A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required for trav el.A commitment to safety and using PPE when necessary is cruc ial
