The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of medications while ensuring adequate inventory levels and providing patient counseling. They also supervise staff, manage department finances, and drive operational success through effective leadership and community engagement. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license. A minimum of 3 years of retail pharmacy experience is required, along with strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
