Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license, along with superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism. Required competencies include excellent leadership, performance management, strong problem-solving abilities, and good personal computing skills, with knowledge of the KROLL Pharmacy Computer system being an asset.
