We have an exciting opportunity for a Co-Op Student to join the Digital Health Team at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a Co-Op Student, you will play a vital role in supporting various functions and programs related to our customer-facing digital health and wellness solutions PC Health and Shoppers Drug Mart. This is a chance for you to gain valuable experience and exposure to the creation, development, and implementation of digital engagement strategies, as well as the operational support required to manage these processes. Here's What You'll Be Doing Gain hands-on experience in the development and implementation of digital health and wellness engagement. Assist in managing the creation of digital product strategies and their execution. Support the communications and marketing strategy for the digital health team, collaborating with external strategic partners, as well as internal marketing teams. Analyze ongoing data to present key metrics and insights, informing the product roadmap and monitoring operational success. Ensure project documentation is up to date and followed. Stay up to date with digital healthcare innovation, as well as relevant regulatory and industry developments through continuous learning and research. Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage required financial reporting. Support the execution and project management of new initiatives. Utilize your superior communication skills to create captivating presentations and documents that effectively communicate detailed information to key stakeholders. To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Need Enrollment in post-secondary education, preferably with a healthcare and/or business background. Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). A strong interest in digital engagement, mobile apps, website development. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. The ability to work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills, with a focus on analyzing quantitative data sets.
