Role Description The IT Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery of IT projects and services that support road safety and parking solutions. Day-to-day activities include managing project timelines and budgets, aligning technical requirements with business goals, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders. The person in this role will monitor project risks and issues, support continuous improvement of processes, and report on progress and performance to leadership. Collaboration with operations, product, and customer-facing teams is essential to ensure successful deployments and ongoing support of technology solutions. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and drive informed decision-making. Solid foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with infrastructure, software, and integration concepts. Demonstrated Program Management experience, with ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities. Proven Service Delivery capabilities, ensuring reliable, high-quality technical services and support. Effective Stakeholder Management skills to engage, communicate, and align with internal teams, partners, and clients. Experience in technical project management within transportation, smart city, or related technology fields is an asset. Relevant post-secondary education in IT, engineering, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site. Fluency in English; Ukrainian, French language skills for the Greater Montreal area are an advantage.
