Applications Are Invited For The Position Of Supervisor of Custodial Services Association of Business Professionals (Non-Union Employee Group) Permanent – Full-Time Position - 1.0 FTE Effective November 2, 2026 Salary Range (commensurate With Experience) Group 7 - $103,854 - $118,017 Extensive Benefit Package and OMERS Pension Plan Reporting to the Executive Manager of Custodial Services, the Supervisor of Custodial Services is a demonstrated leader with team organizing abilities in a unionized environment. The incumbent will coordinate/execute effective custodial activities, supervise, support and train staff, scheduling, supply requests, security issues and building reviews. The Supervisor of Custodial Services will also ensure buildings are maintained in accordance with our policies, procedures and legislated acts and regulations. This position is available to fill an existing vacancy within the organization. Qualifications And Skills Required 5 years of recent supervisory experience in building operations/maintenance. Post-secondary education in a related field. Knowledge of custodial systems and procedures, building finishes, fire alarms, mechanical (HVAC) and electrical systems. Knowledge of pertinent codes and legislation related to custodial services. Understanding and experience with eBase software. Service-oriented with strong communication skills both verbal and written. Strong computer skills. Excellent time management and organization skills. Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality and security. Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license (Full “G” License) and reliable transportation to travel within the LDCSB district. On a rotational basis, responsible for being on-call for after-hours emergencies. Hours of work could vary between 6:00am to 11:00pm Monday to Friday.
