Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead to drive the integration of StoneCastle capabilities into the Fiserv ecosystem. The successful candidate will lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning deposit products, core banking platforms, APIs, data integrations, cloud technologies, and regulated financial services platforms. A hands-on Technical Program Manager with strong banking and fintech experience who can bridge strategy, architecture, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders while driving delivery of complex integration programmes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of StoneCastle integration initiatives across multiple business and technology workstreams. Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver integrations involving: Core banking platform Customer portals and APIs Trust systems Deposit Network services Merchant and payment platforms External banking partners and service providers Stakeholder Management Risk & Compliance Management Planning & Execution Required Qualifications Experience 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programmes. 5+ years of experience managing cash management, complex financial services, banking, fintech, or payments initiatives. Experience leading enterprise integration, platform modernisation, or acquisition integration programmes. Experience with cash management, digital assets and stablecoin Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams.

Requirements

Requires 8+ years delivering large-scale technology programs and 5+ years managing initiatives in banking, fintech, payments, cash management, or complex financial services. Candidates should have experience with enterprise integration, platform modernization or acquisition integration, cash management, digital assets and stablecoins, and cross-functional delivery teams.
