Job summary

Loshen & Crem is entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking for someone to help us share more of what makes this place special. We are a modern skincare institut built around expert guidance, thoughtful curation, professional esthetics, education, and genuine human connection. We believe great skincare should help people understand their skin — not overwhelm them with noise. Our approach is personal, intelligent, warm, and intentional. We care deeply about the details, but we also like to have fun along the way. After all, a healthy barrier is important — but so is a healthy sense of humour. As we grow, we’re looking for someone who can help bring our ideas into the world through content, communications, PR, partnerships, events, and community relationships. You’ll work closely with our Founder / Marketing & Brand Director and collaborate with leaders across the boutique, esthetics, e-commerce, and operations. This is a role for someone who loves both creative thinking and making things happen. What you’ll doContent & Communications You’ll help keep the Loshen story moving consistently across our channels. You will: Own and maintain our content and communications calendar Plan social media content across Instagram and other relevant platforms Write captions, Stories, educational posts, campaign copy, event communication, and other brand messaging Turn ideas, conversations, client questions, and skin education into thoughtful content Develop content concepts, interview questions, scripts, and shot lists Coordinate filming needs with our Director of Operations, who currently supports content capture Organize photography, video, and creative assets Coordinate editing and creative production where needed Schedule and publish content Help maintain a consistent and recognizable Loshen & Crem voice Identify upcoming content needs before they become a Sunday-afternoon emergency Review content performance and help us understand what our community wants more of A big part of the role is simply having great instincts. Sometimes the best story isn’t sitting inside a marketing plan. It’s happening in the treatment room, during a consultation, at the Skin Atelier, during a launch, or in a question a client asks at the boutique. We want someone who notices those moments. PR & Media You’ll help introduce Loshen & Crem to new audiences through thoughtful public relations. You may: Research relevant local and national media opportunities Build relationships with journalists, editors, producers, podcast hosts, and other media contacts Identify interesting Loshen stories and educational angles Draft pitches, press releases, media notes, founder bios, and talking points Coordinate press requests and interviews Help position members of our team as trusted experts when relevant Maintain an organized media contact list Track press mentions and earned coverage Look for opportunities where Loshen can contribute an informed and interesting perspective For us, great PR isn’t simply about getting attention. It’s about building credibility, connection, and meaningful awareness. Partnerships & Community Relationships are an important part of how we want Loshen to grow. You’ll help us discover and nurture partnerships with people and organizations that genuinely make sense for the brand. That might include: Local businesses Hotels and hospitality partners Wellness professionals Community organizations Creators Events Brands Media partners Charitable initiatives Other beautifully unexpected opportunities we haven’t thought of yet You’ll help: Research potential partners Develop collaboration ideas Coordinate outreach and introductions Keep conversations moving Organize timelines, deliverables, and assets Maintain a partnership pipeline Support collaborative events and experiences Help evaluate opportunities based on alignment, audience, and potential value We’re much more interested in the right relationship than the biggest follower count. Campaigns, Launches & Events You’ll also help bring larger ideas to life. You may support: New product launches Facial and service launches Brand events Skin Atelier activations Seasonal campaigns Educational initiatives Community events Partnerships Special projects You’ll coordinate across departments and outside partners to make sure everyone knows what’s happening, what is needed, and when it needs to happen. Think of yourself as part storyteller, part connector, and part person who gently makes sure the beautiful idea actually gets finished. Esthetics & Education Our estheticians have an incredible amount of knowledge, and part of this role is helping that expertise reach more people. You’ll collaborate with our Esthetics Lead and estheticians to: Develop educational topics Build content around common client questions Plan interviews and expert-led content Help communicate our approach to professional facials Support awareness of services and treatment experiences Share what makes the Loshen approach different in a way that feels approachable and useful Our philosophy is rooted in personalized care, education, consistency, and long-term skin health rather than quick fixes. And yes, we promise to teach you far more about the skin barrier than you ever expected to know. Who you’ll work with You’ll work directly with our Founder / Marketing & Brand Director, who leads overall brand strategy, positioning, campaign direction, and creative vision. You’ll also collaborate closely with: Director of Operations & People Planning, filming support, timelines, and execution. E-Commerce & Digital Product launches, online campaigns, website storytelling, and digital communication. Boutique Manager Events, merchandising moments, launches, and what’s happening on the floor. Esthetics Lead + Estheticians Skin education, facial awareness, expert content, and service storytelling. You’ll be connecting quite a few dots — which is exactly why being organized matters. You’ll probably love this role if… You: Are a strong writer Have a great eye and good taste Love storytelling Are naturally curious Enjoy meeting people and building relationships Feel comfortable reaching out to someone you’ve never met Have excellent follow-through Notice details Enjoy juggling different types of projects Can take an idea and figure out how to bring it to life Love being part of a growing business Enjoy working closely with a founder Care about brands, culture, design, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or editorial Are comfortable giving and receiving ideas Appreciate both creativity and structure Want ownership rather than simply being handed a list of tasks Are genuinely excited to learn You don’t need to arrive knowing everything about skincare. You do need to be curious. We can teach you what transepidermal water loss means. Whether you actually want to work that phrase into dinner-party conversation afterward is entirely up to you. What we value most We care about experience, but we care just as much about: Judgment. Taste. Curiosity. Communication. Initiative. Reliability. And the ability to understand what makes a brand feel special — and protect that feeling as it grows. Loshen & Crem’s communication is intentionally warm, knowledgeable, honest, supportive, and educational. We’re looking for someone who can learn that language deeply while bringing their own creativity and perspective to the role. How to apply Please send us: Your résumé A portfolio, website, social account, writing samples, PR work, or anything else that helps us understand your work A short note telling us what interested you about this role Three brands whose communication you admire — and tell us what you think they do exceptionally well Your background doesn’t need to follow one perfect path. You may come from communications, PR, social media, editorial, hospitality, events, beauty, fashion, wellness, partnerships — or somewhere completely different. We’re interested in how you think, how you communicate, and what you notice. Selected finalists may be invited to complete a small paid creative exercise using the Loshen & Crem brand guidelines. If helping build the next chapter of a thoughtful, growing brand sounds exciting to you, we’d love to meet you.
