Warehouse Picker/Packer (Casual Part-Time) Location: LMX Solutions 930 Britannia Rd E., Unit Z, Mississauga, ON Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shifts Available About the Opportunity LMX Solutions is seeking reliable and motivated Casual Part-Time Warehouse Picker/Packers to support our growing fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for individuals with previous warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience who are looking for flexible, part-time work in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Responsibilities * Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and warehouse systems * Pack and prepare shipments for courier and freight carriers * Assemble kits and promotional packages according to specifications * Label, sort, and organize inventory and finished goods * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area * Assist with general warehouse duties as required * Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Preferred: * Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or shipping environment * Experience with order picking, packing, scanning, or inventory handling Required: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work efficiently in a team environment * Reliable attendance and punctuality * Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs * CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear What We Offer * Flexible casual/part-time scheduling * Friendly team-oriented work environment * Opportunity to gain experience with a growing fulfillment and logistics company * Potential for additional hours during peak periods How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply directly through this posting.
